GRANBURY — Fred Burnett, 75, passed away Thursday, Mar. 13, 2014, in Fort Worth.
Funeral: 2:00 p.m. Monday at Mambrino Baptist Church. Burial: Holly Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Wiley Funeral Home.

Fred was born May 16, 1938, in Hanford Calif., to Albert J. and Una Ray Burnett. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked as a quality control inspector at Comanche Peak nuclear power plant and traveled many states with his job. He enjoyed camping and fishing but loved his family above all. He had so many friends that have just become like family. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and two sisters.
Survivors: Wife, Mary Burnett of Granbury; son, Randy Burnett of Granbury; daughter, Michelle Rene’ Lewis of Calif.; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sister, Lois Claywell of Las Vegas, Nev.; and two nieces.
