Fred Owens Jr., 81, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 18, 2014, surrounded by his loving family. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
