Fritz Worle, was born April 14, 1930, in Staples, Minnesota, the son of Emil and Mary Worle and was a Fort Worth resident since 1977. His passionate career as a pilot began in the U.S. Air Force and eventually landed him a commercial airline career (he often said he would do it for free). This career granted Fritz his “desire to see faraway places with strange sounding names”.
Fritz’s hobbies over the years included golfing, biking, RVing, and model airplanes. He also was an avid Cowboys and Rangers fan!
Fritz had a compassionate heart and touched many souls with his generosity throughout his long life. One of his favorite ways to show kindness over the years was to hand out lollipops to complete strangers, adults, and children. Changing someone’s rough day into a better day brought a smile to his face along with theirs.
Fritz leaves behind a legacy of family and friends including his children, Mark Worle and wife, Tammy of Colorado, Michael Worle of Tx, Barbara Worle of Tx, Fred Worle Jr. of Tx, Marjean Worle of Tx and David Worle and wife, Natasha of Germany; grandchildren and great-grandchildren include Christina Sellers, Matthew Worle, Briana Gilles, Serena Blue, Travis Sitzman, Xander Worle, Arden Worle, Daryl Richarson, Sydney Richardson, Madeline Sellers, Miles Richardson, Martin Sellers, Ryker Gilles, and Hazel Gilles.
