Garland Eugene “Rick” Ricketts, 72, departed this life on June 26, 2015.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Hilltop Assembly of God Church in Boyd with Pastor Bill Fitch officiating. The family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m. Sunday at Biggers Funeral Home.

Rick was born May 4, 1943 in Cleburne and was preceded in death by his parents Jack and Marie Ricketts.

Rick is survived by his wife of 35 years Becky Ricketts; He is also survived by his 5 children; Dane Ricketts and wife Melissa of Tyler,, Ron Griffin and wife Sandy of Bentonville Ark., Rhonda Jones of Ft. Worth, Ryan Griffin of Azle, Rex Griffin and wife Carmen of Ft. Worth, and Lesa Moore of Denton; his cousin John “Bill” Craig of Kansas; and 5 grandchildren.
