Gaye Ash, 75, went to be with her Heavenly Father on July 31, 2021.

 

Service: 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at West Parkway Baptist Church, 836 N.W. Parkway, Azle, Texas  76020.

 

Entombment: Azleland Mausoleum.

 

Gaye was born July 30, 1946 in Fort Worth. She was married to the love of her life, David Ash, on August 1, 1969. They resided in Azle, Texas together for over 50 years.

 

Gaye worked for many years in the field of nursing, veterinary medicine and real estate within the community. Gaye and David were lifetime members of West Parkway Baptist Church in Azle.

 

Gaye was preceded in death by her husband, David, on April 12, 2020; by her parents, T.J. and Wilma Shockley.

 

Survivors: She is survived by her brothers, Jeff and Steve Shockley; her sisters-in-law, Sue Brooks and Verna Shockley; and a number of nieces, nephews and dear friends.
