Visitation: 6:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday, Wiley Funeral Home.
Interment: Holly Hills Memorial Park.
Mr. Mitchell was born September 19, 1947 in Fort Worth. He graduated from Granbury High School and served as a Fort Worth Fireman and small business owner for 30 years.
He was preceded in death by his father Morris Mitchell and a grandchild Halie.
Survived: wife of 27 years, Wanda Mitchell. Children; Donna and Bruce Malatesta, John Cunningham, Jeffrey and Sherryne Mitchell, Julie Cunningham, Gregory Lynn and Tia Mitchell, Jennifer Withrow. Grandchildren; Amanda, Kaitlyn, Courtney, Joshua, Braylen, Sammy, Rebecca, Jason, Cynorah, and Kenna. Mother; Claudine Mitchell. Sister; Jean and Kenneth Swaim and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
