GRANBURY — Geraldine “Jerri” Turnbow, 80, passed away on May 4, 2016 in Granbury, Texas.
Service: 2:00 PM Saturday, May 7, 2016, Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, Granbury, Texas.
Visitation: 6:00-8:00 Friday, May 6, 2016 at Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury.
Memorials may be made to Granbury Care Center.
Geraldine was born on June 7, 1935 to Henry and Alice Simmons. She married John Leland Turnbow, SR on January 9, 1954 in Dallas, Texas. She was a former member of Oaktrail Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, and fishing. She always enjoyed being with family.
Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, John Turnbow, SR, son, Steven Turnbow, two sisters, Stella, and Polly, and a brother: Chester.
Survivors: Children: Michael Turnbow and Paula, John Turnbow, JR, Lisa Applegate and Darrell, nine grandchildren: Brian, Brandon, Deleigh, Danna, Dustin, Chrystl, Curtis, Christopher, Clay, numerous great grandchildren, sisters: Wanda Edwards and Jim, Faye Gwinn and Cary.
