Gladys Jo Kirk, 89, passed away Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014, in Granbury.
Memorial Service: 2:00 p.m. Oct. 23, 2014 in the club house at Waterview, 101 Watermark, Granbury, Texas 76048.
Memorials: Memorials may be made to the YMCA Step Up for Kids Fund or the Hood County Friends for Animals.
Gladys was born Aug. 13, 1925, in Greenville, Texas, to B.T. and Lucille Pinegar Johnson. She had lived in Granbury the past 5 years and was a member of Church of Christ. Gladys retired from Hyatt Hotels in 1989. She enjoyed shopping, playing bingo, fishing and fashions. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, D. Mac Kirk.
Survivors: Sons, Alan Rogers and wife, B.J. McBey, of Granbury, Maurice Lee Rogers and wife, Lynn, of Arlington; niece, Melanie Richey; nephew, Mark Boles.
