Halbert Arnold McKinney, 94, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014, in Decatur. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in Avinger Cemetery in Avinger. He is survived by his daughter, Emanda Williams and husband, Bobby; sister, Marilynn Morris; and grandsons, James Herren and Steve Mitchell.
