Dwayne and I have enjoyed living across from Roy and Ike in Del Rio. She was always baking cookies for Dwayne also known as "sweet thing". I enjoyed visiting with her and learning about her family. I was suprised to learn of her singing career as a young woman. She was a classy lady who loved sewing and sharing stories of her travels with Roy in previous years. The Holiday Park residents will miss her terribly and she will always hold a special place in our hearts.
