Jacob Clenton “Pete” Cain, 81, passed from this world on Wednesday; February 3, 2021 in Granbury.
Pete was born April 10, 1939 in Junction, Texas to William L. and Floye Mendenhall Cain. He married Virginia A. “Cookie” Wallace on February 18, 1960 in Amarillo, TX. She preceded him in death in 2018. He was also preceded in death by his parents, his son, John Cain in 2011 and by his (12) siblings.
Pete is survived by his daughters, Babs and Scott James, Theresa Brafford and Judy and Justin Cherry; sons, Clenton and Barbara Cain, Ronnie Cain, and Robby and Belynda Cain; (20) grandchildren, (27) great-grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be from 10am. to 12noon on Monday; February 8, 2021 at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury.
Graveside services will be held at 12:30pm. Monday; February 8, 2021 at Strouds Creek Cemetery in Tolar under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury.
