James Darrell “Jimmy” Camp, age 68, passed away Monday, June 14, 2021
Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 24, 2021, at Biggers Funeral Chapel.
Service: 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 25, 2021, at Biggers Funeral Chapel
Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park, Fort Worth, Texas
Pallbearers will be: George Norton, Everett Carter, Roger Shaw, Dean Throne, Bobby Brown and Billy Powell.
James Darrell “Jimmy” Camp was born August 22, 1952 in Stephenville, Texas to Joe Camp and Leta Louise (Sadler) Camp.
He was a fireman at River Oaks for 31 years, drove a truck for 35 years and retired from UPS as a truck driver. In his spare time or as often as he could, Jimmy loved to ride motorcycles, fish, travel and work on cars.
Jimmy was a loving daddy, papa and a great brother.
He is preceded in death by, his father, Joe Camp; his sister, Lisa Richey; and his uncle, Darvin Sadler.
He is survived by, the love of his life, Verlina Corbin; his children, Nicky Morgan and Gabriel, James Camp and Chasity, Cody Camp, and Courtney Castillo and Pedro; Eighteen Grandchildren; his mother, Louise Camp; his brother and sisters, Rita South and Jim, Karen Throne, Dale Camp and Gena Simpson and Rusty.
