GRANBURY — James Victor “Coach” Prince, 80, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014, in Granbury.
Memorial service: The celebration of Vic’s life will be held at Granbury First United Methodist Church, 301 Loop 567 in Granbury, Texas 76048 on Saturday January 11th at 2pm.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers we suggest memorials to the Building Fund Granbury First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 70, Granbury, Texas 76048 or a charity of your choice.
Born in Speegleville near Waco, Texas on December 4th 1933 to Alvin Hill Sr. and Myrtle Charity (Jacob) Prince. Vic passed away peacefully at his long time home in Granbury, Texas January 7th 2014 at the age of 80 years. Vic graduated from Clifton High School in 1951 then continued his education attending Clifton Jr. College, Texas A&M University, The University of Texas in Austin and Tarleton State University earning degrees of Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Master of Education.
Vic proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps with the
