GRANBURY — Janis Kay Cromwell, 71, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016.
Service: 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 21, 2016, Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, Granbury. Interment: Acton Cemetery, Acton, Texas. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, November 20, 2016 at Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury, Texas.
Janis was one of four children, born on Sept. 22, 1945, in Oklahoma City, Okla., to the late R.F. and Jewell Murphy Spraberry. She was a counselor and high school English teacher for 34 years at Haltom High School in Haltom City, Texas. Janis was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Kendall Clark; brother, Richard Spraberry; and sister, Mona Beckham.
Survivors: Her husband, Ed Cromwell; daughters, Tiffany Clark and Kelly Rene Nichols and husband, Kevin; grandchildren, Casen Clark, Kaden Clark, Bailey Nichols, Madison Nichols and Alexandria Nichols; sister, Gay Crawford; and sister-in-law, Carleen Aaron.
