Jeremy Allen Frazier, 30, a loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend, passed away Thursday December 3, 2015.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in Azleland Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m. Sunday at Biggers Funeral Home.

Jeremy was born November 22, 1985 in Fort Worth to Greg and Inger Frazier. He was a lifelong area resident and a 2004 graduate of Azle High School. He loved spending time with his family and watching movies with his girls.

He is survived by his wife,Christa Capps Frazier; daughters, Mariah and Makayla Frazier; mother, Inger Frazier; grandparents, Johnny and Beulah Stevens and Yvonne Pesnell; mom and dad, Belinda and Larry Hart; brothers, Jacob Frazier and Matthew Hart; sister, Miranda Hart; aunt and uncle, Connie and Scott Ellis; many other loving family members and friends.
