Jeremy Daniel Alexander, 43, of Fort Worth, passed away on April 3, 2022 after a series of health issues that had recently gotten worse.

Jeremy leaves a huge hole in the hearts of his wife, his parents, his kids and other family and friends as he passed at such a young age. He was a very smart and talented individual and had lots of room for growth and potential that was cut short.
Jeremy was born on July 3, 1978 in Wichita, Kansas. After Jeremy graduated from Grapevine High School, he attended and studied at The University of Texas in Arlington.
After several jobs in customer service, Jeremy concentrated on his career in health care and he served the past 10 years with Texas Health Resources, mostly in the Emergency Room department.
Jeremy met his wife Michelle Montoya during his venture in the health care career field. They dated and then married December 4, 2015.
Jeremy is survived by his wife, Michelle Montoya of Fort Worth; his son, Xander Alexander (15) of Fort Worth; his daughter, Reina Alexander (12) of Fort Worth; step-son, Anthony Montoya (26); his parents, Jerry and Tammy Alexander of McKinney; and his sister, Amy Bott (Andy Bott) of Rowlett.
Besides a work career, husband and father, Jeremy really loved a few things in life including:
- Fantasy football (Big fan of Detroit Lions)
- Pool league (Perm, Jeremy’s name at the pool table)
- Avid Gamer, he loved to play games
- Loved his music
