Jerry Wayne was born August 29, 1947 in Houston, Texas to the late Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Carver, Sr. He met the love of his life, Susan Hill in Fort Worth and married her over 23 years ago.
Jerry loved God and prayed constantly. He loved worship services, hearing God’s word and singing. He loved babies, children and the elderly. He and Susan used to make hospital visits on Sunday afternoons and really enjoyed it.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Susan; stepdaughter, Leschel Pryor from New Jersey, a very special adopted in the heart daughter, Helena Adair from Fort Worth and her four sweet daughters; sister, Judith Ann McMaster from Tyler and brother, Raymond Carver, Jr. from Houston.
A special thanks to all nurses, doctors and caretakers that helped with Jerry, plus a special Church Family – Northwest Church of Christ.
He was loved by many and will be greatly missed!
