Jessie James Howell, 87, passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 in Granbury, Texas. Services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be to Harbor Lakes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center or to an animal shelter of your choice.
Jessie was born on September 18, 1929 in Weatherford, Oklahoma to Brice and Nanny Howell. He worked as a truck driver. He was a social butterfly, who enjoyed drinking coffee and eating breakfast at Pam’s Coffee Shop. He also enjoyed fishing. Jessie was preceded in death by his parents, and nine brothers and sisters.
Jessie is survived by sons: Kevin Howell, Jamie Howell, and Dale Howell, special friends: Randy and Charlotte Berry, Roger Ramsdell, Rodney Wells, Roger Barchoff, and many grandchildren.
