Joan Lynn White, 58, of Granbury, passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2019. Service: 11:00 AM, Wednesday, April 17, 2019, First Baptist Church, Bedwell Chapel, Interment: Holly Hills Memorial Park, Visitation: 6:00 PM -8:00 PM, Tuesday, April 16, 2019, Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury.
Joan was born on August 26, 1960 in Houston, Texas to James and Sandra White. She married Mickey Lynn White in Houston, Texas, 38 years ago. She was the office manager at Print One/ Fast Signs for nine years and worked at Instaprint for ten years.
Joan loved shopping and spending time with her dogs. She was known for her great desserts that she made for BBQ cook-offs. She also enjoyed tending the roses in her garden. For many years, she was a member of First Baptist Church in Granbury.
Joan is survived by her loving husband, Mickey White, children: Anthony White and wife Leah, Amanda Smothers and husband Adonis, and Jerad White, grandchildren: Nicole Petschel, Austin White, and Sarayah Smothers, brother: Tim White and wife Julie, cousin: Justin White and wife Carly, and very special friends: Sharon Barnes and husband Mike, Tammy Statum, Tonja Davidson, and Diane and Danny Garrett.
