GRANBURY — Joe C. Keller, 86 passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016 in Granbury.
A family memorial service will be held at a later date. Mr. Keller was born Oct. 31, 1929 in Wichita Falls, TX to Cecil M. and Dorothy Keller. A member of the Episcopal Church, he had lived in Granbury for a year and Glen Rose previously. He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean War and was retired from Chica Oil Company that he owned. He was involved in the Rotary club in Norman Ok. for many years. He was preceded by his parents and two wives, Janet Keller and Bette Keller and a brother, Bill M. Keller. Survivors: Daughters: Kathryn Simms of Edmond, Ok. and Amy L. McCulley and Charles of Pauls Valley, Ok; His Love: Eloise of Granbury; grandchildren: John M., David P. Austin, Evan McCulley and Andrew Simms and Jill; great grandchildren: Kyleigh, Matthew and Isabella Austin, Blakely McDade, Harper and Clara Simms; brother: Jack Randolf Keller and wife Julie of Ellijay, Ga. and Sister: Susan McKinney of Durango, Co.; Nieces Emily Mathews and Chris, Genevieve Heighberger and Eric and Kim and Pam Keller.
