I met Joe at Haltom High School when we were Juniors. We quickly became best of friends. More than a friend, he was like a brother to me. We tried to stay I touch over the years as I moved around the world. One thing never changed, Joe's devotion to his family. Each time we spoke or got together Joe would catch me up on his family. He was a great example of what we should strive to be! Rest in Peace my Brother. You have earned your place in Heaven!

I had the pleasure of working with Joe, husband, son, brother, father and grandfather since 2009. I so enjoyed our discussions and camaraderie. Joe and I shared many things in commons from politics to NASCAR racing. He was such an intellectual man, and he so enjoyed teaching others about plasma nitriding which when performed by Joe is an art form. He spoke often of his family and how he cherished them all.
