Joshua James Reed, 29, passed from this life Sunday, May 24, 2015.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Committal will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Following the service, friends are invited to a reception at Lake Worth Boat and Ski Club, 4001 Marina Drive, Lake Worth.

Joshua James Reed was born September 24, 1985, in Fort Worth. He graduated from Lake Worth High School with the Class of 2005 and has worked for United Parcel Service for 11 years.

Mr. Reed was preceded in death by his father, James Glenn Reed, and an uncle, Scott J. Lance.

Joshua is survived by his mother, Katie L. Reed; stepfather, Mark Miyamoto; brothers, Aaron Reed and wife, Christian, and James Miyamoto; grandmother, Carmen Reed; uncle, Jesse Reed; nephews, Brandon and Cole; a number of aunts, uncles and cousins; and faithful companion, Yogi Bear.
