Judy was born August 11, 1951 in Ralls, Texas to Haley Richard Reynolds and Mary Virginia Scheffer Reynolds. Judy married Lero Francis Woods, Jr. August 23, 1978. She loved decorating and painting. Judy was always considered to be neat and tidy. She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Judy is preceded in death by her husband, Lero Francis Woods, Jr.

Judy is survived by her daughter Debra Woods; son: Lero Woods III; grandchildren: Hunter and Haylee; sister: Debbie Thompson.
