GRANBURY — Kalvin Dale Dean, 50, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, in Granbury.
Graveside service: 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013, at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville, Texas. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Wiley Funeral Home.
Kalvin was born Feb. 6, 1963, in Fort Worth, to Claudius Wendell Dean and Jodie Jenkins Dean. He had lived in Granbury since 2003 and was a member of First Assembly of God Church. Kalvin was a loving father, grandfather and son who loved to fish and loved the outdoors. He also enjoyed woodcrafting.
Survivors: Parents, Wendell and Jodie Dean of Weatherford; daughters, Tara Diane Kennington and husband, Richard, of Weatherford, Kourtney Rochelle McCollough and husband, Jason, of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Haily, Summer, Savannah; sister and brother-in-law, Jerrie and Rev. Mike Springer of Plainview, Texas; three nieces and a nephew.
