Karen Ruth Meador Wagner

Karen Ruth Meador Wagner, 80, passed away March 13, 2023 in Tolar, Texas. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 5pm until 7pm at Martin’s Funeral Home in Granbury, Texas. Service will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 1pm at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park located at 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX 76034.

Karen was born January 22, 1943 in Monrovia, California to Millard Meador and Marjorie Marie Sherrow. She married Herbert Lee Wagner on December 30, 2005 in Stephenville, Texas. Karen was an LVN for 20+ years in Witchita Falls and Fort Worth. Her family was  most important, loved animals and loved bird watching. Karen had been ill for many years but she kept trying to help others.

Karen is preceded in death by Millard and Marjorie Meador; brother: Ronald Meador.

Karen is survived by her husband: Herbert L. Wagner; sisters: Donna Meador, Shelia Stovall, Carla Meador; nephews: Brian Woolsey and wife Patricia, Scott Stovall and wife Jessica; niece: Misty Woolsey, Stephanie Mather and husband Cliff; and numerous great nieces and nephews; great great nieces and nephews; brother in law: John Wagner; sister in law: Sue Meador.
