GRANBURY — Kenneth Lane Luker, Sr., 84, beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather, went to be with his Lord and Savior, surrounded by his family Monday, Feb. 9, 2015.
Funeral: 10:00 a.m. Friday, Feb. 13, 2015, at Oak Trail Baptist Church in Granbury. Burial: 3:00 p.m. Friday at Board Baptist Church Cemetery in Comanche, Texas. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wiley Funeral Home.
Ken was born Sept. 9, 1930, in Comanche County, to Raymond Clayton Luker and Brownie Bell Lane Luker. He married Treva Mae McGuire, Aug. 30, 1952, and she preceded him in death on Dec. 6, 1979. He was a faithful member of Oak Trail Baptist Church. Also preceding him in death were his parents and two sisters, Brownie Dewbre and Jan Woods.
Survivors: Sons, Kenneth L. Luker, Jr. and wife, Barbara, of Stephenville, James Ray Luker and wife, Tammy, of Granbury; daughters, Nicole Marie Anderson of Granbury, Linda Lee Blackburn and husband, Kevin, of Arlington; grandchildren, Teri, James Jr. “Bubba”, Kimberly, Kendra, Drake; great grandchildren, Devin, Tyler, Karlee, Averi, Luke, Cooper, Lanie, Owen, Hadley, Landry; numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Lucy.
