Kim (Kum An) Wood, 79, of Granbury, passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2019. Graveside service: 10:00 AM, Monday, August 5, 2019, Strouds Creek Cemetery, Visitation: 2:00 PM -4:00 PM, Sunday, August 4, 2019, Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, Granbury.
Kim was born on April 30, 1940 in South Korea. She married Albin C. Wood who was in the United States Army, in December of 1963 in South Korea. They moved to Hood County on July 14, 1964 where she lived until her passing.
Kim loved spending time with her family and cherished her grandchildren. Kim enjoyed sewing and traveling. She was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Lee Wood who passed away on August 27, 1988, her parents and two brothers.
Kim is survived by her loving husband of 55 years: Albin Wood, son: Albin Wood, Jr. and wife Teresa, grandchildren: Katie, Gillie and Trip, two sisters and a host of nieces and nephews in South Korea, and numerous beloved nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews in Texas
