GRANBURY — On Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014, Larry G. Fry was called home to be with his Lord and Savior.
Memorial service: A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19, 2014, at Triple Cross Cowboy Church.
Memorials: Granbury Chapter of Future Farmers of America.
Larry was a proud member of Triple Cross Cowboy Church, long time member of the Masonic Lodge, FFA, and worked as a journeyman electrician until his retirement. He also served in the U.S. Army earning expert marksman before joining the National Guard.
Larry enjoyed listening to gospel music and watching classic television shows like Hee-Haw. He loved traveling and was an avid camper who enjoyed the sights and sounds found only in nature. He loved getting children to pick up rocks or giving them out to them, like they were candy, bringing a smile to the faces of all involved. Larry was preceded in death by a son, Jim Cruse.
Survivors: Wife, Gwendolyn Fry; son, Tony Cruse; granddaughter, Rhiannon Cruse whom he loved to take to the circus and Ice Capades when she was a child; and brothers, Wayne Fry and Joe Fry.
