Lawrence H. Duval Jr., 85, retired U.S. Air Force lieutenant colonel, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2015, in Granbury.
Graveside service: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, in the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas.
Lawrence was born in Rutland, Vt., May 13, 1929, to Lawrence and Cynthia Reine Duval. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars and had been awarded the Flying Cross. Lawrence had served in Japan, Okinawa, Guam, Thailand and military bases in the United States. He was a member of the Retired Officers Association, the Air Force Association, the B-58 Hustler Association and the Society of Strategic Air Command.
Survivors: Wife, Jo Duval; daughters, Laura Campos, Kristi Applewhite; sons, Paul Inabnet, Joey Inabnet; seven grandsons; six great-grandchildren; and sister, Judy Lignos.
