Linda Dowden Roden passed from this life into the next Tuesday, November 10, 2015, where her family members were waiting to greet her.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Biggers Funeral Home.

Linda was known for her cooking; her specialty was fried chicken. She was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She was predeceased by her parents, Willard and Jessie Dowden and a daughter, Tania Jody Dowden.

She is survived by her son, Charles Roden and wife, Robin; daughter, Tina Roden; brothers, M.J. Hatch and wife, Joyce, Dan Hatch, Tony and Keith Dowden; sister, Gloria Langston and husband, Billy; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
