Loretta Emerson, 92, of Granbury, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022 in Granbury, Texas.

Loretta was born February 13, 1930 in Tuscola, Texas to Walter and Emma Smith.

Loretta is survived by her 2 Son’s Terry L. Moore and wife Debbie; David C. Moore and wife Karla, 4 Grandchildren; Lance Moore, Colby Moore and wife Tiffany, Carly Cunningham and husband Russell, Lindsey Crocker and husband Joe, 7 Great-grandchildren Taylor Kreis and spouse Tyler ,Anna Crocker, Cade Moore, Collin Moore, Tinlee Moore, Cami Cunningham, Stormy Cunningham; 2 Great-Great-grandchildren Tatum Kreis and Trevor Kreis and loving companion Roddy Malone.

 

Services: 10:00 AM Friday March 11, 2022 at Elm Grove Assembly of God.

Burial: 4:00 PM Friday March 11, 2022 at Garden of Memories in Sweetwater, Texas.

Loretta, married my uncle Harold Emerson and I enjoyed visiting them at their home in Granbury. They always came to our Emerson Reunions and the last visit I had with her was a the one in Granbury. We spoke a few times on the phone and she told me she had married a nice man. I tried to call her yesterday and both numbers was no longer available, disconnected. My daughter looked up her name and this obituary came up. She had my phone # and no one called to let me know she had passed. To her family I am so sorry for your loss. We( The Emerson’s) loved her also.
