Loyce Ann Rugeley, age 83, of Granbury, Texas passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018. Service: 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, Granbury; Visitation: 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Friday June 22, 2018 at Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury; Interment: Crestview Memorial Park, Wichita Falls, Texas.
She was born March 16, 1935, in Wichita Falls, Texas, to Lee and Lera McCulley. She graduated from Wichita Falls High School. Loyce married the love of her life William “Bill” Hudson Rugeley on August 22, 1953 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Loyce was an active member at the Acton Baptist Church where she was involved with the Women’s Missionary Union and Girls in Action and also involved in the church ministries. Loyce was also part of the building committee for the new sanctuary. She was very well respected. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Loyce is survived by her husband: Bill; children: Steve and wife Cindy, Kent and wife Martha, Lori and Gregg; grandchildren: Kelly, Lindsey and husband Carter, Abbey and husband Ben, Shannon and husband Michael, Leanne and husband J.R., Ashley, Alicia, Erin and Evan; great-grandchildren: Ethan, Brody, Harrison, Hadley, Harper, Rebecca Jo and Malone.
