M. Devin Watson, 46, passed away Friday, November 1, 2013, in Fort Worth.
Funeral services will be held 7 p.m. Monday at Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be in Port Lavaca. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until service time.

Mr. Watson, a longtime area resident, served in the United States Air Force from 1986 to 1995, including Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He worked at Lockheed Martin for the last 11 years. An outdoorsman at heart, he loved camping, hunting, fishing, country dancing and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
Devin loved his family and was one who never met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ollie Dean Watson; sister, J.M. Watson; and a nephew, Jaidon Watson.
He is survived by his wife, Jana Valentine-Watson; children, Victoria Watson, Joshua Watson, Aaron Watson, Jonathan Valentine, Steven Valentine, Daniel Valentine and Allie Valentine; granddaughter, Adrian Watson; mother, Dixie Watson; siblings, Marty Watson and wife, Carol, Johnnie Marie Brewer, Monroe Watson and wife, Jackie, Jody Weber and husband, Joseph, Julia King and husband, Carl Lee; and many nieces and nephews.
