GRANBURY — Margaret King, 53, of Granbury, Texas went to her home in Heaven on Friday, December 18, 2015.
Memorial service: 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, Granbury.
Memorials may be made to Cook Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas.
Margaret was born on March 10, 1962 in Alhambra, CA to Jack and Jean Langford. She married Jon King in Fort Worth, Texas in April 1981. She was a wonderful wife and mother and a friend to many. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and family. Margaret loved to reach out to help and love people, especially young people. She loved to travel and serve her Lord. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Kate Meeker.
Survivors: Husband, Jon King; daughters, April Meeker and husband, Anthony and their child, Wren, Heidi Meeker and husband, Robert, and their children Luke, Carson and Lauren; son, Garrett King and wife, Catie; daughter, Allisyn Carneal and husband, Ross; parents, Jack and Jean Langford; 3 sisters, 3 brothers and numerous nieces and nephews.

She had the most beautiful smile and was just a down to earth person…a humble person..I will look forward to seeing her again in Heaven…I can just hear her saying "Oh my goodness, this is so much better than I ever even dreamed about!!
