Margaritte P. Boydstun, 91, a homemaker, passed away Friday, July 5, 2013, at a Gainesville care center.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at Dido Cemetery.

Margaritte was born March 18, 1922, in Waxachachie, to Oscar and Ora Davis. She was raised in Fort Worth, where she married the love of her life, Jessie B. Boydstun on December 31, 1939. Together they enjoyed 65 years of marriage before his death on November 14, 2005.

She is survived by her daughters, Joyce Burton, Gay Marion, and Chyrel Savage, all of Gainesville; brother, Eugene Davis; sister, Mary E. Weaver; eight grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
