A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 31, 2014 at the Elmdale Baptist Church in Abilene, Texas, where he was a member.
Mr. Tisdale is survived by his wife, Mary; two children; five grandchildren and his extended family
