I hate hearing the news of her passing. I've known her since I was in elementary school almost 50 years ago. She was always so kind and soft spoken. It does not surprise me any to hear that she carried on with her nurturing spirit throughout the years. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

She was the sweetest lady ever. She was my school nurse 30 years ago and I ran into her at Ruth's place a few years back when she was volunteering. RIP sweet lady. You are forever in my heart. ????????

I'm so sad to hear of Martha's passing. Had I known in time, I SURELY would have been at her services. Martha and I spent many hours talking whole getting chemo and she was always the fighter. She never gave up. Martha was my Jr High and High School nurse and she had a no-nonsence, yet very caring way about her. I will always remember her and send my condolences to all of her friends and family. Rest high upon that mountain, Martha.

I'm so sorry to hear about Martha's passing. She had such a passion for life. Martha gave me confidence, hope and much love when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. She inspired me to stand up my cancer and fight. I will never forget her, she taught me to live when I didn't think I would. Rest in Paradise Martha. Prayers of comfort for her family. I'm sorry for your loss.

Martha was the Granbury school nurse we all remember. She was very lenient with a lame excuse to leave school because she knew our parents anyway! She loved her TCU Horn Frogs , of her cats, shopping for antiques and treasures and her volunteer work at Ruth's Place and the Hood County Library. I rejoice that she is with her beloved husband Frank in heaven now. She was so strong despite cancer for so long and all of us 'old Granbury' friends will miss her. Much love to her sister Mary and Red and their families.

I had the pleasure of working with Mary through the Livestrong program at the YMCA. She was truly a gentle spirit and brought a smile to my heart.
