GRANBURY — Mary Sibyl Geaslin Baggett, 92, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014 in Granbury. Burial: Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery in Grand Prairie. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury. Memorials: Wounded Warriors.
Mary was born July 28, 1921 in Graham to Thomas Clinton and Sibyl Constance Hartwell Geaslin. She married Ralph Newell Baggett on Dec. 7, 1945 in Carlsbad, N.M. She was a member of Acton Baptist Church and had been a resident of deCordova, Acton, TX. and Quail Park Assisted Living. She was preceded in death by her husband on March 16, 2005 and her parents.
Survivors: Daughter, Zan Baggett of Granbury; son, Tom and wife, Debbie Baggett of New Braunfels; granddaughter, Courtney K. and husband, John P. Hawkins of Fort Worth; niece, Marcy Underwood of Capitan, N.M.; and great grandchildren, Bailey, Beaux and Hudson.
