On Saturday, December 4, 2021, in Fort Worth, TX, Michael Robinson went to be with the Lord, in Heaven. Troy Lewis left a message on December 13, 2021:
I met Mike after the September 11th attacks on our country. I received 300 resumes as we are a helicopter engine company and always busy. His resume stuck out. I gave him a call and he came for an interview. I said Mr. Robinson we would love to have you but you are way overqualified for our position and our pay would be a lower bracket. Mike perked up looked me straight in the eye and said "Man I just need a job" I told him to wait in the room. I RAN to my bosses office and said we need to hire this guy now on the spot. And we did, we became close friends and a year later were managers together at the company. I was sad he left and we stayed in touch on facebook. I took for granted that he would always be there and I would get out to see him. I felt quite a bit of guilt and talked to my mom this last weekend. She said if you all were good friends then I'm sure he will be watching over his family and friends like you like a guardian angel. Miss you Mike my friend. Many laughs, lots of fun and stories to remember. Rest In Peace buddy.

I was blessed for the time I got to be around you when you did our audits. I enjoyed your stories of travel and always had fun comparing notes on cigars that you or myself had tried. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and caring for others that were around you. Rest peacefully my friend.

I didn’t have any classes with Mike, he was a year ahead but remember his big personality and grin. He was someone I thought would have been nice to know. My condolences.

My deepest sympathies goes out to the Robinson family. I'm deeply saddened to hear of Michael's unexpected passing. I had the splendid pleasure of working with him in the Aerospace certification industry. My fondest memories are of him telling me about his travels and cruises, good places to eat in Texas Country, and the wine tours. I'm grateful I had the opportunity to speak to him a few months ago before I left the industry. I'm thankful I had the chance to know Michael. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the Robinson family in this difficult time. May he RIP. Sincerely, Jessica
