GRANBURY — Minnie Pearl Weeks, 94, passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2013, in Granbury, Texas.
Graveside service: 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 30, 2013, at Chamberlain Cemetery in Kingsville, Texas.
Mrs. Weeks was born Feb. 13, 1919, in Ricardo, Texas. She had lived in Granbury since 2003. Minnie had worked in the family owned dress shop and was a substance abuse counselor at the military base in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Warren Weeks, and sons, David Ayers and Dennis Ayers.
Survivors: Grandchildren, Andrea Carmack of Bluff Dale, Robert Rice of Logans Port, La.; great grandchildren, Jared Fore, Janni-Lee Carmack; sister, Florene Myers of Ricardo, Texas; niece, Karla Siebert; nephew, Ronnie Myers; and other extended family.
