Nelda M. Garrett, 74, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call until 8 p.m. Monday at Biggers Funeral Home. She is survived by her daughters, Sheila Hardy and Brenda Michlitsch; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
