Nelo Hall, 94, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at his home in Granbury, Texas. He was born in Montague County on March 2, 1926 to Napolian Samuel and Minnie Steapp Hall.
Nelo enjoyed gardening and mowing, and always said, “It’s not work, it’s exercise”. He was a messenger in the Marines, and always wanted to be in his tennis shoes when he meets his Lord, so he can be His messenger.
Nelo leaves behind to cherish his memory, son Larry Hall and wife, Beverly; grandchildren, Matthew and wife, Jennifer, Kendrick, Brayden, David, Rhys, and Chloe.
Nelo will Lie in State Sunday, December 20, 2020 from 8am-12pm at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury. Graveside Service Sunday, December 20, 2020 at 2pm at Everman Cemetery.
