Norman G. Hill, 64, a retired I.T. manager, passed away Thursday, March 27, 2014.Private family services will be held at a later date. He is survived by his daughters, Amanda Pepin of San Marcos and Jessica Hill of Allen; brother, Richard Hill of Fort Worth.
