Opal May Lowe, 72, of Granbury, Texas passed away on Monday, February 19, 2018.
Visitation: 6:00 – 8:00 pm Friday, February 23, 2018, at Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury.
Opal was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on August 12, 1945 to Tommy and Mildred Williams. She was married to her loving husband, Jimmy Lowe, for 45 years. They loved to go dancing. Opal enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling, quilting, painting and crocheting. She loved her family and spending time with them. She was known as “Nana” to everyone. Opal is preceded in death by her parents, her son Tommy Joe Long, her sister Tommy Gene Denton, her brother Ted Williams and her dog Fancy.
Survivors: Husband Jimmy Lowe; children Tammie Long, Terry Long, Charles Wayne Lowe, Donald Gene Lowe and Lisa Kay Lowe; grandchildren Robert Beeson wife Stephanie, Cassie Beeson, Shyann Fuentes husband Alonzo, Randy Davidson wife Molly, Sierra Caddenhead, Gunner Long, Summer Long, Skylar Long husband Rob and Tyler Lowe; great grandchildren Hailey, Hunter, Connor, Tanner, Maddie, Makaylynn, Landon, Denverstone, Gracie, Irasabeth, Derris, Lola, Xander, Grayson and Abel, brothers Tim Williams and Guy Wayne Denton, sisters Kathy Hutchison and Sheila Denton Ray.
