GLEN ROSE — Paul Raymond Hancock, Jr., 84, passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2015, in Fort Worth.

Paul was born Aug. 28, 1930, in Harlingen, Texas, to Paul Raymond Hancock, Sr. and Lorena Edna Lane Hancock. He served in the U.S. Air Force at the Amarillo Air Force Base during the Korean War. Paul was a pharmacist and owner of Corner Drug Store in Glen Rose from 1962 to 1980. He continued to work as a pharmacist in various capacities for a total of 50 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Lane Hancock in 2007 and his parents, Paul Hancock, Sr. and Lorena Lane Hancock.
Survivors: Son, Jerry Hancock of Glen Rose; daughter, Lori Allison and husband, Mark, of Stephenville, Texas; step-son, Finlay Higgins and wife, Debbie, of Arlington, Texas; step-daughter, Honey Weinstein and husband, Phillip, of Austin, Texas; grandchildren, Sarah Allison of Bryan, Texas, Rachel Allison of Stephenville, Texas, Charles Higgins of North Folk, Va., Michael Weinstein of Austin, Texas, Shelby Weinstein of Austin, Texas.
