Paula Kay Kay Steel

Paula Kay Steel, 57, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2015, in Fort Worth. A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Paula was born March 25, 1958 in Dallas County to Paul and Bonnie Galloway. She was one of four children. They grew up in the Baptist faith. Paula was a devoted caregiver in hospitals, private care, as well as at home. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and traveling. In 1994, she met Acey Van Steel at a Halloween party. Four years later, they wed in December. Acey brought new life to Paula, family even commented they were soulmates. Paula was very family oriented, a loving daughter, mother, grandmother. She enjoyed the time spent playing games with the grandchildren and great grandchildren the most. Good times were always had at Nona and Poppy’s.
Paula leaves behind her husband Acey Van Steel of Granbury; her children Todd Prest and wife Ginger of Granbury, Kendra Prest of Granbury, Krystal Burgess of Fort Worth, Kimberly Slater and husband Allen of Denton, Austin Steel of Euless; parents Paul and Bonnie Galloway; siblings Debbi Moseley, Gayle Hightower, Dale Galloway; many grandchildren and great grandchildren and her beloved dog, Romeo.
