Having known Phil the better part of 10 years he remained dedicated to his passions up till the end. I had the privilege to spend a few hours with Phil the end of August. We talked of all the things we had in common as always. Phil told me of many places he had been to and things he had seen. He remained dedicated to the very last minute I am sure. Good Bless the family and friends. Sincerely Tom Tafoya

I was one of Phil’s many athlete friends on the Strava app. I regret not having had the opportunity for us to meet in person, but for the past several years, Phil was a persistent runner and rider who inspired me by his example, and taught me a few new routes I still ride and enjoy to this day. I will miss very much my dear friend Phil, will always be grateful for the kind support he extended to me. My most sincere condolences to Susan and the entire family.

May God Bless the whole family during this tough time and allow you to remember the good times even in this sorrow filled loss. Phil was the greatest best friends dad I know. I remember him helping me and my dad build a small boat for a class project, I remember sneaking on his computer to play ace fighter, and I remember us all going fishing together. I’m thinking and praying for all of you.
