A reception will be held at Waterview Club Room at 101 Watermark Boulevard, Granbury following the service. 

Rex L. Law was born September 25, 1928, in Leander, Tx., to William Franklin Law and Nellie Mae Cole Law. He passed from this earth on May 27, 2023. Rex married Norma Jean Moore on May 21, 1949.  Norma preceded him in death on April 7, 2019.  He was also preceded in death by his parents, 6 sisters, and 4 brothers.

 

Rex is survived by 2 brothers, Leslie Eugene Law of Lake Travis, Tx., and Elbert Dwight Law of Pflugerville, Tx.  Rex is also survived by 4 children:  Jimmy & wife, Eudy, of Willis, Tx.; Barbara & husband, Brian, of Granbury, Tx.; Wendell & wife, Kristi, of Midland, Tx.; Wayne & wife, Kim, of Katy, Tx.

 

His memory is cherished by 10 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 16 great-great- grandchildren.

 

Viewing will be June 3, 2023 from 11 am to noon with chapel service to follow at Wiley Funeral Home, 400 Hwy 377 East, Granbury, Tx.  Pastor Mike Corb of First Baptist Church, Granbury, will officiate.   Interment will follow at Holly Hills Memorial Park, 1909 Weatherford Hwy., Granbury, Tx. A reception will be held at Waterview Club Room at 101 Watermark Boulevard, Granbury following the service.  Services under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home.

 

Pallbearers are Jarod West, James Law, Dustin Law, Joshua Law, Brandon Law and Richard McPheeters.
