Rhonda Phelps Malone, 50, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at Jaybird Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; daughter, Kelly; son, Jeffrey; parents, Joe and Betty; brother, Ronnie; and two grandchildren
