On Thursday, December 13, 2018, Rich Timmons passed away peacefully at home in the loving arms of his wife surrounded by his children.
Rich was born on April 6, 1976 in Bucks County, PA to Richard E. and Julia (O’Brien) Timmons. Rich attended Plumstead Christian School and graduated in 1994.
Rich’s love for horses started young. As a youth, he worked at Haycock Camping Ministries as a junior counselor. At age 18 he became the camp wrangler. In 1997 he was given his first horse and started a business as a young horse trainer. He worked for years based out of PA. In 2006 he relocated to Tennessee where he was soon to meet the love of his life and future wife, Sheri. In 2015 they moved to Glen Rose, Texas.
Rich always had a servant’s heart. In all things he put God first. He bravely led his family and friends closer to God.
His legacy will always remain; a man of highest integrity, hard-working, kind and disciplined. He fought a good fight, he taught love to his family, he honored his Lord and Savior, and blessed are those around him.
Rich is survived by his wife, Sheri; his children Monika (22); Tristan (22); Michaela (20); Justin (18); Nicholas (14); and Jacob (12); his mother and father; his sisters Jill (Mick) Watson; and April (Eric) Masterson.
He is preceded in death by both maternal and paternal grandparents; and his mother-in-law and father-in-law.
